BEYOND BROADWAY EXPERIENCE
The Beyond Broadway Experience (BBEXP) gives young performers aged 8 to 25 an unbeatable chance to step out of the classroom and onto a professional stage.
This intensive, two-week musical theatre programme immerses aspiring talent in the professional entertainment industry. Working directly with an expert creative team of directors, choreographers, and musical directors, the cast takes a full-scale musical from the first rehearsal to a spectacular live production in a major theatre.
Beyond sharpening performance skills, BBEXP is a powerful platform for building confidence, teamwork, and lifelong friendships. The large cast creates an electric, supportive atmosphere centered on dedication and artistic growth

Beyond Broadway played a huge part in shaping me as a performer. Creating a full show in just two weeks helped me build confidence, develop new skills, and learn the professionalism needed for a career in theatre. I also made friendships that I know will last a lifetime. The experience gave me the tools and self-belief to pursue my career, and I genuinely wouldn’t be where I am today without it.

HOW BBEXP WORKS
BBEXP takes young performers on a thrilling journey from initial audition to a professional stage.
The process begins with online registration and auditions, followed by company casting and costume preparation. Week 1 focuses on mastering vocals and choreography, wrapping up with a live band call, while Week 2 pieces the entire production together during intensive studio run-throughs.
Finally, Production Week moves the cast into a major theatre for technical and dress rehearsals, culminating in a spectacular, full-scale Opening Night before a packed audience. After the final curtain, performers walk away with lifelong memories – ready to sign up for next year

Audition Day
As Audition Day draws closer we will be in contact to confirm you can still make it along. On the day you will audition in front of industy experts to secure your place in the cast.
Registration & Principal Auditions
You now get to meet your fellow cast members, pick up your merch and posters for the show. You’ll also get your cast photo taken and get the opportunity to audition for the principal roles.
The Experience
Rehearsals
You’ll spend the first part of the Experience at our rehearsal studios learning all the choriography, songs and lines from our expert creative team. We will then move into the theatre do do a tech and full dress rehearsal.
Show Time
The Experience culminates with three shows in front of a sell-out audience at the theatre. It is time to showcase your talents and put on a trully wonderful and memorable performance.
